Schema-v1 server compatibility
Publish a new authorization revision that a schema-v1-only server can read. Ticket hashes, customer records, feature IDs, and customer-authored metadata remain unchanged; v2 numeric entitlements are stashed for automatic restoration after re-upgrade.
Use this only immediately before
redeploying an older server. Publication is append-only and
requires an exact confirmation phrase.
